The Swedish band, Manfred Kidd, release the first single from their upcoming EP.\r\n\r\nThe two childhood friends met on the midnight tram home after a night out in downtown Gothenburg. They started talking of old memories and what they were up to. They resumed the lost contact and began making music together. Ideas and visions turned into songs, which they then recorded piece by piece at different locations.\r\n\r\nRecorded partly in a 19th century inn as well as in a cabin on the Swedish westcoast archipelago, the reunited friendship resulted in a full-length album. Now it's time for the first release. With their single - Lights , the Gothenburg band takes a giant step into the music world. Lights is an anthem for spring and summer. The first note delivers a tingling blossom of spring which startles the body. Their music plays with different genres but infuses Alternative.\r\n\r\nWith an amazing and unique sound, Manfred Kidd is a band to be reckoned with. More singles and an EP are soon to be released and Manfred Kidd will undoubtedly become one of the most interesting acts this year. We can expect to see them at a number of festivals this summer.
