To some, timing is everything. That’s exactly what Philadelphia-based With Life In Mind has used while patiently crafting their most polished work to date. "The Human Condition" is a blisteringly powerful five song EP that promises to show the band's intricate knack for song writing, both instrumentally and lyrically. \nForming at the end of 2007, the members of WLIM have shown much charisma, producing songs that strike a powerfully melodic chord of emotion, further emphasizing the fact that a young band really can make well-written songs that not only capture listener's ears, but their minds as well. Vocalist Justin Kraus provides the powerfully aggressive voice of the band with thought-provoking lyrics that deal with human interaction and society as a whole, along with his own personal reactions to the world around himself and the band. The writing process is ambiguous in order to make people use their minds and create their own ideas and thoughts, thus giving different perspectives in the form of "The Human Condition". \nWith an ever-increasing fan base growing quickly throughout the Tri-State area, WLIM has had the pleasure of playing countless shows throughout the PA, DE, NJ, and NY region. Having finished up in the studio with producer Vince Ratti (One Dead Three Wounded, Valencia, Turmoil, August Burns Red) the band intends on making an even bigger name for themselves. And with a highly anticipated release for "The Human Condition" under way for July 2009, some may ask what's in store for With Life In Mind. But even for them, the future is shrouded with possibilities. The band has been gigging around New England since 2007 and has had the chance to open for WHITECHAPEL, A PLEA FOR PURGING, RECON and an endless list of other notables. The band is very passionate about what they do and really take their message seriosuly. Vocalist Justin Kraus explains, "We want people to know we go through the same struggles, the same pressures, and experience the same fears as they do. We try to show that night after night and show after show." Their music brings an intense blend of progressive riffing with hardcore inspired chugs. Something I'm sure transfers to an all out party every time these fellas hit the stage.
