Implant was formed in 1992 when Geert and Len attended the same university. It took them till 1996 to release the first CD album ("soft flesh \u002F hard steel"). During that period 2 MCD’s got released ("Fun" and "Brain FX") and the band took a swing in unexplored territory of psy-trance, resulting in one of the first psy-electro bands out there. "Kmputor" and the lattest released "UFF" brought them recognition from a lot of artists on the scene. Resulting in doing remixes for Plastic Noise Experience, Neon Electronics, Psyche, Negative Format, Mlada Fronta, Spies, etc. They did a small tour in North America and supported UFF with several gigs in Europe, introducing a new live member (Nicolas Van Meirhagen) to the Implant crew.
