Unruh (born Andrew Chudy on June 9, 1957 in New York, U.S.) is a German musician, experimental percussionist and instruments inventor, probably best known for his work with German music group Einstürzende Neubauten.In 1980 N. U. Unruh was a co-founder of the famous German band Einstürzende Neubauten, together with his school friend Blixa Bargeld. For over 30 years, both are the long-time band members. N. U. Unruh usually plays on self-constructed percussion and drum instruments.
