lanar has always been people collecting sounds. The first record, "goodbye atmosphere, goodbye traffic", was put together by Aaron B., Amber B., and Billy B.\nThey self-released. They added people on various instruments (strings, drums, and synth) to play live after the release. Shorty after, they broke up. About a year and a half later, Aaron decides to start it up again. Re-recruiting his sister, Amber, he brought three new people into the mix: Cory, Subodh!, and Patrick. Aaron got in touch with Lujo records, and agreed to re-release "goodbye atmosphere, goodbye traffic" with them.
