Treasureseason formed in the Sunset district of San Francisco when David Powell and Ida Olsson met after deciding to both study for a short amount of time on exchange at university in San Francisco. Subsequently they recorded their first self titled EP but had to leave to finish their studies in the UK and Sweden. \nDespite this they still managed to record a second EP titled Bearing, North during the summer of 2012 and have played a hand full of shows, including supporting Chvrches at the Nest in North London. The new EP will be released in June 2013, with an accompanying 7" vinyl recorded releasing two of their tracks as a single.
