Briskeby is one of Norway´s most successful pop bands of all time. Their debut album, Jeans for Onassis, sold more than 4x platinum and their single, Propaganda, became a monster hit. The band won four norwegian grammy´s (Spellemannsprisen) in 2000, as well as the Alarm award in 2001. Briskeby toured with the band A-HA and released two more albums, Tonight Captain and Jumping on Cars, before they took a break in 2007.\nThe band is currently in the studio putting finishing touches on a new batch of songs due for release in 2015 and 2016. Briskeby will perform on a limited number of festivals and events during this year.
