The Swedish indie folk trio VIDAR consists of Maija Hardorp (vocals, guitar), Tuva Hardorp (vocals, bass, accordion) and Emmy Deivert (vocals, drums, percussion). They started the band in their teens and got their major break-through when they performed a cover of Simon & Garfunkel’s ‘Kathy’s Song’ at 2012’s Polar Music Prize in front of the award winning Paul Simon and Yo-Yo Ma.\nIn 2013 they began the recording of their first album, together with Anna Ternheim and Adam Armstrong (Fleet Foxes, Sufjan Stevens etc.) in the legendary Dreamland Studio in Woodstock.\nhttps:\u002F\u002Fvidarmusic.com\u002F\nhttps:\u002F\u002Fwww.facebook.com\u002FVIDARmusic
