The project, 'Brujo's Bowl'. Is the alias of Saxon Higgs. A young talented musician and producer from mid Wales (UK). \nSaxon started out by playing about with various instruments when he was a teenager, playing in bands and organising jam sessions in the depths of the wild welsh countryside. \nOn the verge of leaving secondary school, Saxon and a few of his friends became interested in electronic music. This was when dubstep had just hit the dancefloors, and still had it's unique non-commercial sound. Producers such as 2562 had a large impact on Saxon's ears.\n \nIn 2008 at the age of 17. Saxon began self teaching himself how to use various pieces of music production software. By reading and \nwatching various tutorials. He began playing a few of his tracks out at club nights which he represented, and began recieving some encouraging \nfeedback. \nAfter going to a few psy-festivals in 2009-2010. Saxon's musical perception was turned sideways forever. He changed course, and began working on the project \n'Brujo's Bowl'. The Brujo's work and live sets now consist of creaking psychedelic sound effects, beautifully flowing soundscape design, deep and intricate bass lines, \ntribal influenced beats and an overall dubbed up fusion of: Dubstep, Psygressive, Minimal and Dub. With a nice dose of the zenon vibe.\n \nAfter releasing a few free ep's via various labels such as 'Glitchy.tonic' and 'Arkona creation' in 2011. The Brujo Released his third ep 'Minimaliptus fruits' \nsoon after, on 'Distant tremor records'. And now he looks forward to being part of the ever expanding family of the Zenon collective.
