Shelby Shaw is a singer, songwriter, and musician who has over the\n\nyears developed into an artist well worthy of all the recent attention.\n\nShe started singing in her church choir at the young age of seven.\n\nGrowing up, it would not surprise her family and friends to find her\n\nsinging and dancing at the drop of a dime. At the age of ten she began\n\nto sit down with her pen and pad to write her first lyrics. Not only being\n\na model student in High School for her academics and personality, she\n\nwas awarded most likely to become famous by her peers. She was also\n\nthe first African American or biracial young lady to become nominated\n\nfor Home Coming Queen in her small town High School where she\n\nattended. Not only a track star, she was an all around role model for her\n\nfellow students. At the age of 14, she picked up her first guitar and it\n\nwas a love story in the making. She taught herself how to play in less\n\nthan a year and when hearing her play, she ceases to impress. Shelby\n\nrecently signed with G4 Muzik (a southern branch of Universal Records),\n\nwhere she is currently recording her own songs as well as writing on\n\ncurrent artists tracks. Many are hopeful that she will be then next up\n\nand coming artist heard on the radio and known world wide. Shelby\n\nShaw lives for music and her incredible drive, ambition, talent,\n\nindividualism, and solid upbringing proves she has just the right\n\ningredients to make a true living legend.
