Abonos started in late 1999 as a metal band in Belgrade, Serbia. Because all the difference within band members and different styles that influenced them, their music started as a complex opera-metal with female and male vocals, keyboards and thrashy guitar sections. Lyrics consist of combination of Serbian and English with different themes.Jaksa Vlahovic and Marta Vlahovic are brother and sister.
