Based in Tuscon, Arizona, the industrial\u002Ftrance group signed to Invisible Records and released their first wide-issue album, Sangre Azul. Not Breathing also earned a spot on an Invisible label tour including Test Dept. and Sheep on Drugs, and in 1998 issued Starry Wisdom. Itchy Tingles followed two years later.
