Larry Kusik (also known as Larry Kusic) is an award-winning lyricist.\r\nHe is perhaps best known for writing the lyrics for the tune Speak Softly Love, the love theme from the 1972 film The Godfather, however he has also written lyrics to many other movie themes, including A Time for Us from the 1968 film version of Romeo and Juliet, Murder on the Orient Express, Mommie Dearest, Rosemary's Baby and Serpico.
