Coma Stereo was founded in 2004 in Maribor, Slovenia. The members of the band are Tomaž Kurež (vocals, guitar), Domen Repnik (drums), Sašo Stamatovski (synths and sequencer) and Marko Širec (bass). The music can be described as a dark blend of live electronica\u002Fambiental and guitar driven songs with heavy bass, with inspiration from older science fiction movies and books .\nThe band is currently working on the follow up to last year's debut Binary Endings, set to be recorded in the second half of July 2008 at Kramasonik Studios in Zagreb, Croatia with Hrvoje Nikšić as producer.
