GONE BY FRIDAY (GBF) It all started in the late summer of 2009 a ballsy idea from a mentor and a guitar teacher of Peters, Abeer of Landing Project. Billy, after breaking up with his old band Vanderveer Street and losing everyone he once knew needed something to pick him up. Peter and Chris (Peters Twin brother) following Abeers advice decided to put all the past differences they had with Billy aside and ask to form a band. It wasn't easy at first, difficulties arose, differences needed to be sorted out. In the end, Billy, Peter and Chris realized that there really was nothing wrong between them. That they have grown up past the point of childish games and hate for no reason. Basically. They all dropped the high school bullshit. They then decided to drop everything they knew, and never even speak about the people they once knew. (unlike popular contrary belief) and move completely on, with no hate for anyone and start over. The first song was born, entitled
