Custom top banner code by Eileen.. .. Sons Had Father is the result of a group of friends who finally found a communal correlation to music. Through obscure melodies that utter particular moods pressed by wavering dynamics, the band hopes to correspond and express sentiment and emotion through music. When the band started recording the first album, Sons Had Father began to learn the sound that was personally therapeutic and comfortable for the group. “The Bearing, The Celebration”, the first album recorded and released independently, is a chronicle of life, death, and legacy. As the band gains new inspiration and explores new musical direction, a second album is underway. Our chief ambition is to craft music that can portray a story or feeling even with a lack of words.
