Vocals - David McNamara\nGuitar - Chris Lewis\nGuitar - Chris Hunnam\nGuitar - Rich Hebden\nBass - Simon Jameson\nDrums - Tom Sheppard\nRefraction are a 6 piece Progressive Metal band from Melbourne, Aus.\nThey formed in the early months of 2013 from past members of some well-established bands around Melbourne such as ‘City Of Sirens’, ‘Change\nAtlantic’, Built On Secrets’ and ‘Driven To The Verge’. Refraction draws\non influences from bands such as Volumes, Periphery and Northlane to\ncreate melodic harmonies and crushing grooves to make everyone take\nnotice.\nThe Future\nRefraction has set their sights high and is already about to release their debut single Hunter’ which already has people talking. As well as this single the guys are currently busy finalizing pre production for their debut Album ‘Fossils’ and are set to hit the studio in late July. With the recent addition of guitarist Rich Hebden, Refraction’s live show will definitely be a show not to be missed. Rich completes the line up and also adds another layer to writing as well as on stage.
