She is fully equipped as a song-writer and performer" Van Dyke Parks\nJessica Paige, Australian singer, songwriter, guitarist and multi award winner, started her music career at the age of 15. Influenced by the Beatles, Elton John, Billy Joel, Rufus Wainwright, Ray LaMontagne and Van Dyke Parks, ‘The Music Network’ quoted her writing as "gorgeous melodies and delicious lyrics to match". Jessica released her first EP, "Back of Our Minds", in 2004 which collected several national and international song-writing awards, with the track ‘Under My Skin’ awarded APRA Songwriter Award at Musicoz. It was then followed up with her second EP, “Under My Skin” in 2006 winning numerous awards which led her to receive the JB Seed Grant. With "sophisticated writing well beyond her years", she released her debut album "Once Upon a Time" in 2011, with some songs co-written with the amazing, multi international award winning pianist, Luke Howard. Many of the songs refer to books and stories close to her heart. Themes of inner strength and friendship intended to help soothe and uplift the listener. Now, her much anticipated album "Dont Trust Me" is ready for release April 2013. This album is a rocking!!!
