The Emperor Quartet has performed Haydn and Beethoven, as well as Xenakis and Ligetiand has collaborated with Radiohead's Jonny Greenwood. With Greenwood, the Emperor Quartet appeared on a trio of filmsoundtracks, including There Will Be Blood and Norwegian Wood. The Emperor Quartet'srecordings have focused on the music of the 20th and 21st centuries, several have beendevoted to the quartets of Benjamin Britten, and these were collected into a complete setin 2022.
