The Dead Lay Waiting are a 5 piece band from Swindon,. They started writing music together in 2007, almost immediately making an instant impact on the local scene opening and supporting bands such as: Aborted, Abagail Williams, Argent Dawn and Eternal Lord.\n\nThe band went to record their first E.P "Memories Of A Massacre" at "Studio 6" in late 2007 which was then followed by a self-titled E.P in early 2008. They then started to get recognised out of their local scene due to the release of their self titled E.P and started touring the U.K.\n\n
