Frances Ruffelle (born 29 August 1965) is an English musical theatre actress and recording artist. Ruffelle originated the role of Eponine in the English-language version of Les Miserables, for which she won a Tony Award. She has appeared in Starlight Express, Children of Eden and Chicago. Ruffelle recently was featured in the multi award winning film production of 'Les Miserables' (Tom Hooper) which was released in November 2012 as well as 'Devil's Tower' due for release in June 2013.\r\nShe is currently playing the title role in The Piaf Musical at The Leicester Curve Theatre.
