Guido aka Guy Middleton first stepped out into the world of production with 'Orchestral Lab' (Punch Drunk Records) back in February 2009. The track encompassed the new wave of that Bristolian dubstep\u002Fbass scene championed by close allies Joker and Gemmy. The track itself was a cinematic, beautiful at times, bass led piece that won the hearts of so many and cemented Guido into the already flourishing scene.\n \nHis production style could be viewed as more traditionally musical, focusing as much on melody and strings, as syncopation and rhythm. Regular plays on Radio 1, Kiss FM and BBC 1Xtra plus an experimental mix for Mary Anne Hobbs (BBC Radio 1) and support from Rob da Bank has strengthened his standing amongst peers and built his international reputation.
