Espe Gaia (Esperanza Gallego Puig) was born the 25th of February, 2004 in Seville, Spain. Music has been her biggest interest ever since her earliest years, with both of her parents playing a big role in her development - from her mom's interests in painting to her dad's many hobbies related to music. \nEspe started singing at 6 years old, her first musical inspiration being Adele. Soon thereafter, she signed up for singing lessons. She's been singing and practicing virtually every day since then, gradually improving and developing her own style.\nHer take-no-prisoners attitude towards musical practice, soon started opening new opportunities for her. At 15, she got picked up for a production deal with SIMA\u002FMMI Studios and has been working on her repertoire with them ever since, under the watchful eye of songwriter\u002Fproducer DrCigZag (Paul Sedkowski).\nEspe has a very energetic, lively and positive personality, which endears her to anyone who works with her, and helps her overcome any setbacks as she continues to grow musically.\nEspe's biggest influences to date include the likes of Ariana Grande, TLC, Ke$ha, Rihanna, Janet Jackson, Destiny’s Child, Doja Cat, Jhené Aiko, SZA, etc.\nHer favorite genres to sing as well as listen to have always been R&B, Jazz and Contemporary Pop, though she always remains open to try something new.\nNow, at 19, Espe has a distinctive sound and a unique "vibe" in her voice, and a contagiously positive energy about her, all of which promise great things to come in her musical career.
