THE GRTNS is comprised of the brothers and production\u002Fwriting team, Ryan and Dylan. After playing in indie bands in their native Philadelphia, the brothers began creating a buzz as producers and writers in the local urban music scene, before moving into alternative\u002Fpop writing and production. The brothers are a self contained artistic unit, writing, producing, recording, and mixing independently, while also producing, directing, and editing their own music videos. Their songwriting is influenced by bands like The Killers, Coldplay, and U2, yet with a distinct urban feel derived from their home city of Philadelphia. In their production the the brothers have developed a unique "wall of sound" that blends urban and dance beats with anthemic rock melodies, creating pounding energy and depth. \nIn March 2014 their debut single "Greatness" was premiered on MTV and Vevo. The song expresses the belief that there is "Greatness" inside all of us, and that it can reveal itself in infinite shapes and forms. The video, created by Ryan and Dylan, conveys that feeling through energetic, avant-garde vignettes, that each capture unique individual moments of Greatness.
