After the dissolution of their previous metal projects, the bass player Giovanni Santolla and the drummer Andrea Larosa required the vocalist Christopher Volpi and the guitar players Francesco Galluccio and Andrea Mossa.\n\nThe band decided to revive a metal strongly influenced\nfrom the Swedish melodic death metal matrix (Soilwork, In Flames,Meshuggah)\nand the American melodic metal\u002Fhardcore (Killswitch Engage) especially for\nthe heaviness of the guitar riffs tuned down and the verses sung in growls, joined by chorus strongly melodic,very close to nu metal.\n\nTheir name is inspired by the thought of seeing ironically destroyed\neverything that you prepare in the course of your life and takes\nlife from the theory of the "cosmic pessimism" of the Italian poet\nGiacomo Leopardi, whom places his focus on the pleasure that\nYou can never get and the inevitable suffering that is intended\nto last forever.\n\nThe band, formed in the late spring of 2010, start writing a first demo, after which\nthey recorded a 5-songs EP, titled Buried, published in June 2011, self-released by the band and recorded at Fusix Studio by the producer Andrea Fusini.\nIn April 2011 Francesco Scaravelli (who played previously with the band in an other project) replaced Francesco Galluccio on lead guitar\nand in February 2012 drummer Marco Pochettino replaced Andrea Larosa.
