Stockholm, Sweden\nJanice has a one in a generation voice and coolness that is impossible to ignore. \nShe is 22 years old from Stockholm, Sweden, - but with more intensity and depth in her voice then Billie Holiday. \nJanice has been fostered musically, since her early teens, in Tensta Gospel Choir like among others Lykke Li, Seinabo Sey and Elias. Her cool R&B is inspired by role models such as Prince, Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston.\nThis fall will see the release of Janice debut EP on which she has worked together with among others HYENA (Elias and Erik Rapp) and Javeon Mccarthy (Melissa Steel, All about she). \nFirst single “Don’t Need To” is released, Friday the 29th of April.\n- The song is about the struggle between darkness and light within oneself, says Janice.\nTHIS is Janice.
