Genre:Speed Metal\nBand Members:\nTanza - Vocals and Guitar\nGabrihell - Lead Guitar\nJeff - Five strings bass\nAntoine - Hell drums\nDemona was born towards the end of 2007, when Poisoned disbanded (Tanzas ex band). At that time, Tanza played guitar but also wanted to sing to make her own one-girl project. Months later, a friend of hers helped her to record the first songs (including Promotional Single) and finally started promoting the project with the idea of turning it into a consolidated band. But that never happened. Forging on, she released her first demo tape by herself, without the help of a recording label.\nSeveral weeks after the "Metal is Me" demo tape was released, Vultur Gryphus contacted Tanza to re-release this song, adding to the first promotional single, and the song "Metal Still is Me" was thus born.\nTanza decided to make another single to promote the project and the release under the name of "Speed and Death" productions, a mini-label created by herself. "Die in Violence" was then soon released; the first EP of Demona in a profesional CD format. The recording process was slow. Tanza just recorded voices, screams and one guitar for each track: the other instruments were recorded by Max (bass), Andrés (guitar) and Mauricio (drums), the same bandmembers who played with her in live shows.\nAlmost one year after that, a label (Israhell Bangers) contacted her for a next release: a demo tape with the name of Nightmare. She asked a friend (Speed Force drummer) to corroborate with her on that project and they started recording from December of 2010 through January of 2011 for the "Nightmare" demo tape and a 7" that was released by Iron Bonehead.\nIn June of 2011 Tanza moved to live to Quebec, Canada, were she found members to play live shows and be part of Demona as a band. Gabrihell in the lead guitar (Riotor), Jeff  in the four strings (No Pity) and Simon in the drums (No Pity). In January of 2012 the drummer was fired of the band for several understandable reasons, just a couple of weeks before the recording of their debut album, but didnt take look to find the help of an old far friend in the drums of the recording. Hugo "Witchhammer" Uribe, from the Colombian band Witchtrap was in charge. The album "Metal Thrugh the Time" was finally out  the first week of Mar in Cd by Dying Victims prods. and 12" Vinyl by Heavy Forces records.\nIn March of 2012 Demona recruited a new drummer to be part of the Demons Squad: Antoine Pellerin. He had all what they were looking for.\nIn the middle of the year, they received an offer from a Japanesse label that awoke the interest of the band. The rest of the year they dedicate their time to play some gigs but more than all to create new assaults for their new album and finally in January of 2013 they entered to studio again to record what it will do their second album "Speaking with the Devil".\n*** Extra info: \n- No Pity, the other band of Jeff, split up in the middle of 2012.\n- Gabrihell was no longer part on Riotor from November of 2012
