ollowing an extraordinary debut recital at Lincoln Center distinguished with one of the best reviews of the year in the "New York Times", Pinzolas has performed to great acclaim in some of the world's major music centers and with major orchestras like the London Philarmonic, Gewandhaus Leipzig (under Kurt Masur), Orchestre Filarmonique de Montecarlo, Spain's Orquesta Nacional and Orquesta de la Radio-Televisión (both under Jesús Lopez-Cobos), Indianapolis Symphony and many others.\nWorth mentioning are his highly succesful appearences at the Granada and Santander International Festivals (Spain) with performances of the complete Iberia Suite by Isaac Albéniz. Other important festivals include the Mozart Festival of Schwetzingen (Germany), the Schleswig-Holstein Festival (performing 3 different Programs), the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, the Corveyer Musikwochen, etc.etc. \nAs the first Spanish pianist to record for the prestigious Deutsche Grammophon label, Pinzolas released a program of Spanish music performed and televised live at the Prado Museum in Madrid. \nLater on he recorded, as well for Deutsche Grammophon, the complete  I b e r i a  S u i t e   by Isaac Albéniz. \nHis interest for contemporary music is still one of his main priorities performing recently world-premieres of his own works, of works dedicated to him as well as the complete piano works of the great Toru Takemitsu.\nAt the beginning of October 2006 he performed the World-Premiere of the piano concerto  S a g i t a r i o  from Francisco Cano (together with Mozart's piano concerto nr.20, K.466 in d-minor). The concert was recorded  l i v e  by Spain's National Television (TVE2) and Radio (RNE).
