Bertrand Lemoine, born 12 May 1951 in Beyrouth1, is an architect, engineer and French historian. He is Director of Research at the CNRS. It was from 10 February 2010 until 30 September 2013 Director General of the International Workshop Greater Paris 2， IPMA associates the State and local authorities lle-de-France, implements actions research, development, enhancement and animation-related issues and the Grand Paris is a place of experimentation, creation and dissemination. Scientific Council consists of fifteen multidisciplinary teams of architects and urban planners.
