简介:
春haru is a collection of short stories and a collective of storytellers. First formed at the start of 2015, 春haru has spent its first couple of years collaborating with different artists\u002Fstorytellers (songwriters, musicians, photographers, designers, and others) to create and curate the short story collections, starting with its first release: Kazoku. \n春haru is a space for people to express and discover one’s self through the narratives of the songs. It is also a place where people can connect with others through shared human experiences - a means to accompany and encourage one another through various moments in one’s life. 春haru is an attempt to spread hope to anyone willing to listen and to as far as it possibly can.\nThe first release of 春haru’s first collection, “Kazoku: family” is entitled of cigarettes and coffee cups. It is a story about remembering - a tribute to all the people who continue to give us strength, encouragement, motivation, and inspiration. Our lighthouses, shining a light we can turn to during the difficult moments of our lives. May this song remind us of the love that surrounds us and the path we bravely choose to pursue.\nThe second story is panahon. It is a story about a certain kind of love: a love that changes, that transforms, that inspires us to want to be more than who we are now. It’s an invitation to protect and to care for everyone and everything we love and hold dear in our lives. It’s about a love that persists and perseveres. A love that doesn’t hold back because it knows the only right time to love is now.\nThe third and final story in 春haru’s first collection, “Kazoku: family,” is entitled quiet rescue. It is a tribute to the family we have, we keep, and we choose. It is a recognition that our lives are made up of people who care, encourage, support, and inspire us, especially those who do so silently, expecting no acknowledgment or reward. It is a story of thanksgiving, knowing full well that the only way we can truly show our gratitude for these special people in our lives is to live it out in our everyday.
